Preliminary investigations by Yocad indicate that there is a big gap of ready-to-eat food in major spots in big towns including Nairobi. Resource potential in this field is viewed through the application of trucks fitted with special apparatus for food preparation on site and storage of the same food for later use.
The use of trucks is for easy deployment to business points without going through the cost of hiring space. Highly trained personnel on food production will be employed. Preference will be given to youth with professional qualifications in these fields. Specific spots for potential business have been identified.
Legal and Hygienic permits will be applied with relevant Government authorities. The business will also focus to enlarge its market scope on big public events where supply for food will be required.
